I am Noah Orr, and I lead Marketing, Sales, and Charitable Initiatives at Innovation Retailing. My experience as a veteran taught me the importance of discipline, responsibility, and most importantly, service to others. Those values continue to shape how I approach my role today.

I joined Innovation Retailing because I believe the people who show up and work hard every day deserve to feel valued. My goal isn’t simply to gain clients it’s to build personal relationships with the people and businesses we serve, understand their workplace, and learn what matters to their employees.

I want our clients to know who they’re working with and feel comfortable picking up the phone and calling me directly. As Innovation Retailing grows, my priority is to never lose that personal connection.

For me, it’s simple: serve people well, build relationships that matter, and leave every workplace a little better than we found it.
